I like the colorVery useful and helpfulDidn’t get around to opening the box until the return window closed. Item is missing the key to open the sanitary wipe box and the mounting plate is bent. Guess I’ll open everything when I receive it from now on and check it.Product mounts easily but not as sturdy as some others I have installed in the past. Great for occasional useJust replaced a broken one in our restaurant, and the new one only lasted about 6 weeks before it got broken again (it goes to low that a child could roll out). We have it in a restroom stall in a family restaurant, and I suppose it's possible someone tried to sit on it. Have to figure out another alternative as we can't purchase a new one every 2 months.We only needed two. Given their placement in airports and other public places, we knew this would work for us and did not want to risk another brand (even though several were less expensive.)The instructions are well written and specific. The mounting design is well thought out and easy to do.Great branding by the company, along with good engineering and mounting explanation to back it up.We ordered this for use at our church. When the box was opened, we noticed that the unit was not wrapped in any kind of protective wrapping. It was scuffed along all four sides. When the unit was inspected on the inside, there was drywall dust around the screw holes. Washers were also missing. It had obviously been previously mounted. Also, the decal was scratched and slit. There was nothing structurally wrong with it, so we decided to keep it, buff out the scuffs and mount it. We are, however, sorely disappointed. We did not expect to purchase a new item and receive one that looks used.Very pleased with changing tables! Will take a picture and send when installed! Installation was easy and all the parents have loved having it!
