We love how clean you ur clothes become and the ease of the process. Hang drying spun clothes makes them smell great and feel fresh as long as we use softener. We bolted ours to a strong rack for back support and for the height so we can drain the dirty water down into our sink. Easy to follow instructions included. We have had ours a few months and it still works great, we love it. The washing process is relaxing but we do have to do the leg work. Wash, spin, rinse, spin, hang. Next load. Each load takes about an hour if I soak my clothes. A little less than that if I do not soak them. Great for the price and does a better job than most standard washers. Only down side is in the winter we have to hang dry them in our apartment. Makes it smell good in the place but takes room and causes humidity.
